Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bruce Loc Do is the Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics & Finance (UEF), recognized as the fastest-growing international university in Vietnam with a student population of 20,000. Before leading UEF, Dr. Do served as the Dean of English and Executive Education at Vietnam National University. He became the Dean at the age of 25 and Vice President at 34, making him one of the youngest executives across Asia’s higher education. Starting his career as a teacher, Dr. Bruce Loc Do remains dedicated to the local community by serving as the Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City TESOL Association, the first and largest professional organization for teachers of English in Vietnam. At international level, he is the CEO of University of Gloucestershire in Vietnam, a UK branch campus strategically partnered with UEF. Dr. Do is currently an Associate Professor at Swiss.
