Dr. Nicole Dillon Goldberg is an Adjunct Faculty Member / AI Advisory Board with over 15 years of industry and academic experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership and brings extensive expertise in graduate-level instruction, curriculum design, and online teaching environments. Dr. Goldberg has led enterprise-wide initiatives integrating artificial intelligence into organizational workflows and has designed applied learning experiences that bridge academic research with real-world practice. Her research interests include AI change management, ethical and responsible AI governance, trust and safety in AI, human-AI collaboration, knowledge strategy, and organizational transformation.
Dr. Goldberg has over a decade of senior leadership experience at Apple, where she currently serves as Senior Manager of AppleCare Global Programs, leading global AI-enabled initiatives focused on knowledge systems, bias reduction, and strategic outcomes. Previously, she held executive and operational leadership roles at Avaya, overseeing large-scale field engineering and customer service operations with multimillion-dollar budgets and geographically dispersed teams. Her professional background also includes positions at Qwest/US West, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. In addition to her academic and industry work, Dr. Goldberg is a co-founder of LeavingItBetter.org, where she has led service-learning initiatives centered on equity, youth education, and the application of AI and knowledge systems to community challenges.
