She earned her PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of Arizona, where her research examined leadership strategies for building resilience in AI-driven transformations.
Mitchell Gurick, Ph.D.
Dr. Mitchell Gurick is an Adjunct Faculty member at San Francisco Bay University with academic and professional expertise in human resource management, leadership development, and organizational change. He brings experience from both higher education and global technology organizations, integrating theory and practice to support student learning and professional growth.
Stanislav Kelman
Stanislav is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across various industries. He recently co-founded a company specializing in AI-powered automotive navigation. Stanislav has held key managerial roles in the Bay Area tech sector, including leading the Data Science function at Credit Karma and overseeing the Analytics department at Credit Sesame. Previously, he worked as an engineer at General Dynamics, managing thousands of guided rocket simulations. An avid traveler, Stanislav has driven across North America nine times.
Arshad Khan
Mr. Khan is an analytics professional and adjunct professor with over three decades of teaching experience at 10 universities. He has authored 21 books, including six on analytics and two on artificial intelligence. His expertise includes data visualization, dashboards, and data analysis. Mr. Khan holds a graduate degree in chemical engineering and an MBA.

Michael Leinhos
Michael Leinhos has over 30 years of teaching experience, spanning from seventh grade to graduate school. Specializing in General Education, he also teaches in the School of Business and has been with SFBU since 2015. In addition to his teaching, Michael has served as Chair of the SFBU Faculty Assembly since its founding in 2018, having been elected by his peers for seven consecutive years.
He holds a Master’s degree in Education from Temple University.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bruce Loc Do is the Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics & Finance (UEF), recognized as the fastest-growing international university in Vietnam with a student population of 20,000. Before leading UEF, Dr. Do served as the Dean of English and Executive Education at Vietnam National University. Dr. Johnathan Mun is Professor and Chair of the Business Department with over 27 years of industry experience. He has consulted for more than 100 multinational corporations, holds 13 registered U.S. patents, and has authored 32 books, published over 150 articles and technical reports, developed 10 software applications, traveled to over 50 countries, and founded 3 companies. His books and software are used by more than 50 universities worldwide.
